(706 posts)Up here in Massachusetts, too. It ain't an NC thang. And we've got King Arthur Flour -- best in the country. Thanks about Duke's -- love mayo! I'll order it if on Amazon.

(706 posts)King Arthur is based in VT but we still claim it here as New England. There are lots of smaller artisanal flour companies around, too. You can order King Arthur on Amazon or on their website site. They have everything!

I whipped up a redneck dip the other day, just some Cheez Whiz warmed up and mixed with Duke's. Good stuff!
