What's for Dinner, Sun., Nov. 3, 2024

Clean out the frig night for me. I'm clearing out the frig to bring in goodies in case I want to celebrate in a couple days, heh.

Never hurts to plan ahead.

For now it looks like arugula and tomato salad with feta cheese.

Butternut squash soup.

Blueberry kombucha.

Yesterday we ate lunch at our favorite Indian Restaurant and came home with enough leftovers for another meal. Baingan Bhartha, Chana Masala and Alu Gobi served with fresh cooked brown basmati rice and garlic naan. Fresh iced cardamom tea as our beverage, although I’d like a nice lager…would put me into an early slumber, so no.
