I Made a Danged-good Semi-Texas Chili Today, Brisket and a Lot of Guajillo Peppers

Yes, there was a weensy bit of tomato sauce in there too.

Even my spice-phobic spouse seemed to tolerate it!

One of the nicer ones for people who hate the pure heat of stronger chilies, plus this one has a great smoky flavor.

Grow my own, Jalapeno is easy to grow but doesn't appeal to my taste buds.

Spring time here, excuse me while I order some seeds.
