toast and marmalade jelly.

3. Bagel

Pumpernickel, with cream cheese, sliced cucumber, and a little Vidalia onion. Cherry tomatoes on the side.

Earl Grey tea.

4. Hot, freshly made beef and potato empanada.

Couldn't resist. Driving home after a 12-hour fasting blood test. Farmer's Market.

Screw oatmeal (at least today). Hot, crunchy Empanada with hot sauce!
