4. Homemade sausage on a Thomas English muffin

I made a batch of sausage last week, pattied and froze it. I stopped at IGA yesterday and they had a 6 pk of Thomas English muffins for $1.79. When I got home, I rewrapped them and froze 4. I added sharp cheddar.

It’s called SmartyPants
Troublemaker is their trademark sauce that goes on a sandwich, burger, the pileup and a salad. Garlic mayo with habernero.
