What's for Dinner, Mon., July 15, 2024

Posting early due to leaving for the day.

Shrimpburger on artisan roll. Made my own ginger-olive oil-sesame sauce. The usual toppings: lettuce, Vidalia.

Lemony zucchini with bread crumb topping. The bread crumbs are seasoned with garlic and marjoram. I grate the zucchini and mix it with olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and lots of freshly ground black pepper. I put the zucchini mounds in a cast iron skillet to cook and top with the bread crumbs.

Pineapple-tangerine kombucha.

Dessert: frozen chocolate bar.

I may be 'stuck' sharing kid's meal (from McD???!!!) with grands, as will be sitting on/with them for couple hours.

Nothing great here but 1 nectarine, and some macaroons; ice cream later.

MAYBE shrimp salad tomorrow.
