Cacio d pepe tortellini with Alfredo sauce.

Tossed green salad with French dressing. Cherry tomatoes, red peppers, Vidalia, cucumber, and stuffed green olives and banana pepper rings.

Kombucha: cherry.

Dessert is a frozen chocolate bar.

1. Grain bowls

90 second 7-grain stuff from a package (thank you, Aldi!) nuked in the microwave and split between two bowls
Piled with spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and cold chicken from a rotisserie chicken we bought this weekend
Dressing of choice
Iced tea
Ice cream of choice for dessert

2. Gasp! I LOVE Cacio d pepe!

The first time that I had it was last spring when we were in Italy. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten around to making it at home yet.

Tonights supper is Mongolian Chicken, cauliflower rice and a salad with lots of fresh veggies.

3. corned beef hash w/ an egg

We'll start w/ a garden salad (iceberg, celery, yellow bell pepper, carrot, tomato and Vidalia onion) and choice of bottled dressing.

4. It's hot. I'm tired. I came home from work and all I wanted to eat was

a two-inch square of mozzarella.

5. Salmon burger, skinny fries and asparagus with lemon wedges,

after final physical therapy session; creme brule for dessert, and brougt home yellow cake with strawberries and whipped creme, which I hope to serve with vanilla ice cream later (and decaf iced coffee w cream and sugar,) to help alleviate the misery of the day.

6. i made my grandma's meatballs + steamed broccoli w/ browned butter. i need to get BEANS.

7. Leftover grilled pork steak, zucchini and sweet

corn on the cob.

Mixed nuts and prunes before bedtime.
