Cold Soup

Cold Hungarian Mushroom Soup. I already made this soup and it's good, but I had the chance to pick up a couple different mushrooms to add to it: creminis and enokis.

And while I'm happy with my oak leaf lettuce, I wanted something different so I bought red leaf lettuce which I will mix with baby spinach. Cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, scallion, radish, baby zucchini, nasturtium flowers. Caesar dressing.

Cold mint tea.

Strawberries (organic) with balsamic for dessert.

My fellow gardener! I can just see the crispness and freshness. Beautiful!!

It's gonna' take some ice water for mine to get that crisp.

Compared to the leaf lettuce from the grocery store that’s like “eating Kleenex”.

I’m sure your garden is much more extensive than mine!
