I made my first pitcher of cold brew coffee last night, so that with lox spread with onions & tomatoes on rye crackers.

I'm having two slices of toast in honor of trump not testifying in his first criminal trial.

Asian pear spread and olive oil butter.

I prepped a grape tomato/basil/garlic salad with balsamic for later. Maybe some cottage cheese, too..

Last night I made fresh mint tea with lemon and agave. We have done a yeoman's job of ridding the school garden of mint, but there are always a few sprigs here and there that need to be pulled. That's what I'm using to make the tea.

Today my goal is to transplant 100 broccoli rabe plants.

prove his innocence. If I was a juror on the trial, that thought would be on my mind.
