I've had bariatric surgery 13 years ago, my neighbor knocked and said, do you like shrimp? Of course I do.i can eat 5 shrimp.5 SHRIMP
I now have 5 pounds of shrimp to cook.today. I'm thinking , buy some plum sauce, do sweet sour shrimp, garlic and butter?
How would you do 5 pounds of great shrimp?

Ha. Freeze it, it will keep quite a while, put it in a cooler, go to a poor part of town and say "Anyone want free shrimp?"
OP question didn't mention anything about "giving back," just asked what to make. it isn't selfish to preserve excess food for later.
