Good luck! I've never had a problem freezing anything with cheese sauce. Always comes out fine!

I make a big pot when I have lots of cheese bits and pieces and always throw a couple meals in the freezer. I use the disposable aluminum containers and heat at 350 for about an hour. You can uncover and spread on some buttered bread crumbs or extra cheese during the last 15 minutes. Easy meal for busy days!

When you reheat, you might need to add a little milk. But it tastes fine.
