Happy to see that Halva maintains all the beneficial nutrients of sesame seeds

and is an excellent source of several valuable vitamins, proteins, antioxidants and trace elements, as I've recently found it sold @ my grocery; have bought it, and it's often an evening treat!

I adore halvah. If it wasn't for the sugar in it, I would enjoying it regularly.You treat yourself for both of us.
