I'm sorry I overslept.

Tea, toast and soft boiled egg

1. Coffee with cream

Blueberry yogurt and apple bread.

2. Baking bran muffins

Will have with a peach smoothie.

I had a hard time finding bran wheat flour.

Decaf.

3. fried rice w/ an egg

Rice had: carrots, celery, cabbage, onions, peppers, garlic and ham.

Put an egg on it and sprinkled on some habanero hot sauce.

4. I just now had my breakfast. I had

a ham and cheese omelette, sprinkled it with Parmesan cheese and washed it down with black coffee ☕.

Glad you got a little extra sleep 😴.
