To make up for the Virgina white salsa post here is my go to salsa verde.

Easy, freezes well, cheaper than store bought. This website has red salsa also.

Hotler that is an amazing recipe for Salsa Verde. You are forgiven. 😉 You have me thinking…

I make a creamy avocado sauce (Guasacaca) from Venezuela. We eat this with grilled meats and fish in the summer.

Venezuelan Guasacaca

What if I substitute the tomatillos and serranos in the Verde for the green peppers in the Guasacaca? I’m definitely making this combo this weekend. Thanks for the inspiration. 👍
