will make some oatmeal and add walnuts and dried cranberries a little later.

4. Just sitting down to a breakfast wrap no.

Had to take sis to hospital for surgery on her hand.

wrap has ham, egg, cheese, tots and salsa inside.

I made a banana-vanilla -nutmeg milkshake, had 2 slices of turkey bacon, and a toasted waffle with plum jelly.
