Italian sausage tortellini; no sauce, just a little herb flavored olive oil.
To go with it, however, the freshest spinach! So excited about finding this spinach at the Korean greengrocer. I'm having it raw as a side dish, maybe with a little red onion sliced on the mandoline.
Kombucha is pomegranate.
Dessert: strawberries with Greek yogurt over a toasted waffle, toasted almond slices on top. I'm whipping the Greek yogurt with a milk--coconut sugar mixture to make it like whipped cream.
Decaf coffee.
on edit:
wanted to show how my cauliflower crust pizza crust turned out from last night. This is after I baked it but before I put on the toppings.
Unfortunately, this crust is a lot of work. It took several hours.

(6,555 posts)I'm having a super thick ribeye, and my spouse will be getting the filet mignon. The organic sweet potatoes I get from our Whole Foods are super sweet, and I cook them until they almost caramelize near the inside of the skin.

(89 posts)I was curious how the pizza came out. I've had cauliflower crust before, but never considered making it. Tonight I'm finishing up last year's green peas with fresh parsnips from the garden, salami, and more Dave's Killer 21 grain bread.
