Favorite hearty snack!
We usually have sourdough bread at home, either store bought or homemade. One of my favorite midnight snacks or fast hunger buster during a busy day is my cheater's pizza made with sourdough bread.
I thinly butter a slice of sour dough, add a piece of sliced cheese, then sliced tomato. I salt the tomato with garlic salt and put it in the air fryer at 420 degrees until cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown. Heavenly crispy and FAST!
