I'm putting on an Asian buffet of sorts to munch on throughout the evening while I watch my favorite shows.
White miso soup with tiny tofu cubes and chopped scallion greens. Chopped cilantro on top.
Rice noodle salad with cucumber and poppy seeds.
Chinese pork dumplings on a bed of stir-fried Napa cabbage. Hoisin sauce.
Crunchy spicy tuna volcano rolls, which I bought at our favorite sushi restaurant.
All the other items I made, except for using TJ's pork dumplings.
Strawberry kombucha and dark Chinese tea.
Chocolate chip cookies, low-cal version. Can have six for 110 calories!
Stew beef chunks in a tangy sauce with Asian veggies and rice
Sliced strawberries and low fat cottage cheese
