Not cooking but I came across this amazing organic vodka made with strawberries
Lemons, ginger, pomegranate, apples, and some other fruits; they also use corn.
But the stuff is delicious! I've never tasted anything like it. Of course I always throw liquid stevia in things like this because I don't like the strong taste of alcohol. Here is some information from their site.
