Dinner tonight.

Had a guest over and I'm heading off tomorrow to have gallbladder surgery done. So I have made a couple of dinner items which can be brought to the hospital to avoid eating their 'food'. I made a large pot of spaghetti sauce adn tonight I made a mousaka.
That make it easy for my wife to bring.
Salad first then also did a pear tart for dessert.

Be careful with what you eat following surgery; best to go lightly. You won't want to need quick bathroom visits...

I was on a liquid diet for both surgeries, the first was the emergency stone removal, the second was the removal of the gallbladder.

Now I’m learning to love a low-fat diet.
