Falafel. Pita bread. Lotsa' ruffly lettuce and tomato.

Tahini sauce.

Tzatziki.

Ginger kombucha.

1. My sister has come down to spend the weekend with me.

We went to a local fish place and ate very very well.


She is now on the couch snoozing.
I am making a pot of tea for later

2. Friday 26th plan

Mahi Mahi fish tacos with beans, salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese, hatch peppers for wife, kalamata olives for me

Apple crisp with reddiwhip or ice cream

a wine

3. skillet fried chicken legs, mashed potatoes, gravy

and corn.

4. Orange chicken a la p.f. chang, w cara cara juice, and w small baked white potato,

and later maybe vanilla ice cream w Kahlua, hoping E. Jean's enjoying her just reward (tho I'm afraid she doesn't enjoy much, and hasn't for a long time.)

5. chicken piccata with spaghetti, and a green salad

Chicken piccata is on the regular dinner rotation here. We have lots of lemons.

6. I threw together a leftover chicken breast, some juilenned squash and zuchinni

with some Meyer lemon olived oil and garlic.Tossed in a little bit of white wine.
Turned out OK
