Pork medallions marinated in lime cilantro garlic mixture.
Stir fry asparagus with orange sauce.
Pineapple peach kombucha.
Nothing for dessert since I had chocolate chip cookies this afternoon.
Decaf coffee with cream.

(19,013 posts)Today, I used mainly fresh vegetables, onion, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, more broth, no barley. I made the broth a couple months ago and froze it. Altogether, a taste different from other recent batches

(26,727 posts)Made with the leftover pot roast from two days ago. I had a couple of bowls, and have six portions cooling in the fridge, and will be labelled, dated, and frozen tomorrow.
And tomorrow I'll be making Chicken of Muchness! Hooray!
