Dinner last night,

I had a dr appt., had to buy grocery on way home. Deli had free salami samples, of course I tried, a bit spicy, but it triggered my brain. “There is an off the wall cheese that can make this a pizza!!
Hence, Butterkase
A simple pizza dough, no sauce, spritz or 5 of olive oil, the salami, grated Butterkase.
The thin crust , crunched, the salami hit, the Butterkase came, and stayed for afterbite. , it’s not a provone, or mozzarella, there’s something different about Butterkase.

Hours later, the flavors, tastes, are still in my mind

Mmmmmmm
