Looks like the thanksgiving pies are all gone now, but still have some carrot cake 😋.

Then a toasted whole grain English muffin with a warm hard boiled egg and butter.

Last of the asparagus shrimp breakfast bake.
Sweet potato fries.
Loving this tangerine kombucha with wild berries Pop Culture soda.
Dark Chinese tea, steaming hot.
I have 3 hours of outdoor work, cleaning up an area of my property that was a bit neglected over the summer. I have a helper coming in, and he's very good at this outdoor cleanup stuff.

To prepare for the cold, I went out last night and bought thermal underwear to put under my work clothes!
