We will do turkey with my daughters family this week end. We will be watching the Packers game tomorrow and have decided to try the Canadian comfort food as our game food. Any suggestions? Internet search led to many different ways to make it.

I had poutine last month in an area with many descendants of French origin. The cheese curds were wholly melted, which I prefer to standalone lumps.
