Although it's Sunday, bacon and egg day has been rescheduled to Tuesday.

So a little later I'm having tomato slices on toast.

I think I'll have more with a cream cheese on whole grain English muffin soon.

I had some carrots and celery sticks and thought what a wonderful idea to dip them in the salsa that I bought Friday. (I haven't bought salsa in years). Turns out to be unpleasantly hot. I'm glad I finished off with half a banana (not dipped in salsa!) to leave a sweet non-hot taste in my mouth.

I hate to throw the salsa ($3.29) out, will try it in small amounts with some otherwise bland dishes, but I'll probably have to throw it out. Or mix it with canned tomatoes or something.

Earlier this morning, I had 2 packets of Oatmeal.
