Half a pear in vanilla Greek yogurt, topped with mint and toasted almonds. A few dots of agave. Grated nutmeg on top.

Toasted fig-walnut artisan crackers with olive oil butter.

Mint tea made with spearmint leaves from the garden.

this beautiful day with your daughter in NJ. Now I get to go to the garden and plant leeks, scallions, and shallots with my gardeners.
