What's for Dinner, Tues., Sept. 19, 2023

Posting early due to working late.

Cowboy caviar. Has black-eyed peas, black beans, garlic, onion, tomatoes and fresh corn off the cob.

I'm also putting in chopped bell peppers, fresh chiles and cilantro.

The dressing has olive oil, vinegar, garlic, red onion, and jalapeño.

Garlic toast on thin sandwich bread to go with it.

Kombucha: my own brew.

it's Mr. Retrograde's birthday, so we went to a local high-end Indian restaurant. Dinner tomorrow will include the leftovers from tonight.
