What's for Dinner, Tues., Sept. 12, 2023

Pork medallions with coffee rub.

on edit: I added a small butternut squash.

Tossed green salad with Caesar dressing. Cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and peppers.

Pink lemonade-raspberry kombucha.

I hadn’t thought about putting a Cornish game hen in the air fryer. That sounds great! I do bone-in skin-on chicken parts and they always turn out well.
