What's for Dinner, Sat., Sept. 9, 2023

Zucchini quiche, crustless. It also has half 'n half, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic, basil, and onion.

Korean radish salad (musaengchae). I grew this giant daikon radish. Wow, it was about 18" long, but one does see them in the store this size. I'm using it, and long with it will be scallion, garlic, ginger, gochugaru, sesame seeds, and agave.

I have others in the garden, coming up on that size. I cannot get over how beautiful their leaves are. They are quite aggressive, however, and seem to want to elbow out my snapdragons.

Stir fry shrimp in orange-ginger sauce.

Dessert: iced decaf and a Zaini chocolate.

Basil is from my herb garden.

Picked up some nice beets at the Farmer's Market today, so just using the greens tonight to make sautéed beet greens.

Have a small 1/2 head of cabbage that needs to be used up, so will use that up making coleslaw.
