Tossed green salad with Caesar dressing.
I'm solo in the country and so is my neighbor so we're going into town to share a LocaL pie.
ETA: A trip to the DMV?! Ugh. Hope it went well!

We can text our governor now. I might text him but I might also call in on "Ask Governor Murphy" to say thanks for handling the job so efficiently.

yellow squash paddies (almost like potato pancakes)

seed them
using a box grater shred them
mix with some chopped onions
and parm cheese salt and pepper
I add minced garlic .. that is optional.
form into paddies (like potato pancakes almost)
and fry in oil...

(3,522 posts)Orichiette tossed while hot with chopped ripe tomato and brie and torn basil. A little olive oil, salt and pepper and theres glory in about 15 minutes. I can hardly wait!
