Coffee and an egg potato onion turkey sausage and cheese casserole later today

1. Home from work

8 eggs over easy 4 for me 4 for pup he’s having toast with peanut butter then I’m also having toast jam with beefsteak tomatoes sliced.

2. Breakfast time

Air fryer soft boiled eggs in a basket

Bacon

Orange juice

Coffee

3. Black coffee ☕ and a Heath Toffee candy bar.

4. Coffee with cream now

Kodiak pancakes with maple syrup and butter.

Because of a schedule change, having bacon and egg Sunday on Saturday! Yeah!

6. Mostly coffee

Then I had a couple of sliced nectarines on Greek yogurt.

7. One of my favorites: small curd cottage cheese with black pepper and red pepper flakes mixed

with chopped carrots, radishes, sliced green onions, sliced grape tomatoes. Love crunchy in the morning. Glass of organic apple juice and coffee with Simply Vanilla creamer.

An egg with sliced Swiss chard and kimchi.

Toast with eggplant caviar.

9. I had a huge plate of food

took me all morning to finish it.
