Spanish omelet with potato, chopped onion, chopped red bell pepper, cloves. pitted manzanilla, shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, oregano, eggs, salt, pepper

Toast

Orange juice

Coffee

I haven’t thought of a Spanish omelette in years. I’d have one if it weren’t for the potatoes.

3. Hot black coffee

Triple chocolate brownie ice cream.

4. Black coffee and a toasted English muffin fried egg sandwich.

Kodiak pancakes with chopped pecans and maple syrup later.

It's Sunday, so it's bacon and egg day! YEAH!

I passed on the hotel breakfast and will take my black coffee to go as I drive to Asheville.
