Air is much better here today and I could actually see a sunrise today.

I am boiling some eggs and will have one of them with whole wheat toast and butter.

On Edit: There were two slices of Jewish rye bread left, so I had them toasted. Love that aroma from toasted rye bread.

But not too hot to make coffee. I found a honey lavender coffee at Aldi and am trying it this morning. A lot of flavored coffee is yuck, but this one is surprisingly good with subtle floral notes. Later I may have a tuna salad sandwich for a late breakfast.

with vanilla creamer.

Cold plate: Cottage cheese, thinly sliced ham, red and gold grape tomatoes, yellow and red sweet peppers, and kimch.

It's not too bad here--82 I live back in a forest and it's a full 10 degrees cooler here, but it's still somewhat humid.

I had a sobering experience last night. I realized I had spent 3.5 hours sorting out winter socks from summer socks because I was anticipating a thunderstorm and didn't want to be outside.

Can you believe ANYONE would spent that much time organizing socks?

I watched a few good Datelines, though.
