Cold poached Coho salmon.

Cup of cold cucumber soup with dill on top.

1. Stir-fry

This one's an old standby, developed for my former family: pork, broccoli and noodles, with added onion and carrots.

Choice of dessert. I just replenished my ice cream supply!

2. Teriyaki chicken with lots of stir-fry

veggies and brown rice
