Seasoning is mostly salt, pepper, and garlic powder, but there is a bit of sage, rosemary, and thyme.
I'm not sure if I put enough liquid in, so it may be chicken and rice rather than soup. We will see.

(10,654 posts)Bought a rotisserie chicken on Friday, and am using up the leftovers. Sunday was a casserole with bits of chicken, wild rice, green beans, and dried mushrooms reconstituted in a stock made from the bones.
