Palak paneer, but it's a complicated recipe and I don't think I'll get it done tonight. Will start it, anyway.
If I fail to finish, I'll just have a turkey sandwich with avocado, tomato, and lettuce. Maybe turkey bacon. I went to Aldi today and got their new low carb hamburger roll (4 net carbs!)
Dessert: "nice" cream. It's Greek yogurt with frozen banana and frozen mango, whirled up in the blender.
Made a big pot of tea; this kind is called The Flors.

Oh, and a glass of red wine.

We had an errand to run in the next town over, so Al took me to The 99 for my favorite burger and a margarita.
Dad had kielbasa, mac & cheese, carrots & yellow squash
