Not sure what happened to Iris this morning, hopefully she is sleeping in.

Black coffee and a toasted bagel with Philadelphia cream cheese.

1. Coffee with lots of 1% milk and stevia.

Then an over easy egg on wheat toast, with fresh watermelon as a so delicious side.

2. Iris said yesterday that she was going out of town to help a friend.

She didn't ask for anyone to post this morning, so I just assumed she be back in time to post or would do it from away.

Anyway, the request this morning is for sausage gravy and biscuits with blackberry preserves.

3. the most divine vegetable breakfast

Purple cabbage slices, gold and red sweet peppers, sliced celery from the garden, chopped basil over the top.
Cottage cheese with chives on top. A few rosemary thyme tiroli (crackers).

Orange tea.

It was so good.

Emile, thanks for telling me about the liquid repel-all. I can't find it at Amazon but I'm going back to find your link and will get it that way.

Ordered. What I found out about the spray bottle is if it is even half empty, it doesn't work because it needs a full container to spray!

6. Thank you Emile for picking this up.

I went, quick time, to my BFF house for reasons I won't go into. Coming home last night, I stopped in Toledo to get a leg stretch & coffee. I should have drank the coffee first before getting in my car with the coffee and phone on the roof

I really should have drank the coffee. I lost my coffee & ran over my phone. I am an idiot

Now I have a new bottom of the barrel android phone.

The very nice guys at T-Mobile were able to recover most of my stuff.

7. You are not the first person to leave a drink on the roof

of a car. Sorry about your phone, that sucks! Hopefully the worst is behind you and nothing else goes wrong.

8. I got home just fine, stopped bought a new phone, kept the same # then slept for several hours.

My god daughter is doing early adult stupid stuff. Her boyfriend is...
well.

I have known L&N ( the mom's) since we were in our 20s, we were dumbasses too.
