Eggplant Almond Enchiladas,* made with green pepper and onion. Toasted slivered almonds and pepitas.
Huge salad which I made with romaine and.greens from my garden. Caesar dressing for me and olive oil/lemon vinaigrette for the RG.
Peach mango kombucha.
Dessert: peanut butter cookies if I have the energy.

a baked meatball sub with cheese and mild banana pepper rings, green salad with olive oil & balsamic. I stuffed a half a cold meatball into my mouth after I got his dinner to him.
