1. Shrimp Egg Foo Yong. Gravy. Delicious. I ordered in of course.

3. Put on a pot of sauce this morning.

Browned pepperoni sliced from the stick (not the thin pizza peps) in olive oil with some cubes of beef and pork that I had leftover in the freezer from making city chicken, added to the sauce with all the pan drippings, made meatballs from ground chuck mixed with mild Italian sausage.

Will serve with angel hair pasta, a green salad and garlic bread made from ww French loaf.

4. Chicken

Homemade chicken cordon blue.

Mashed potatoes with gravy.

Steamed asparagus.

Oatmeal cookies.

5. Grilled burgers.

I think grilled zucchini also. Tuesdays are my husband’s nights to cook so I’m never sure until he serves it up!

Tossed salad - mixed greens, red onion and tomato chunks

Peeled orange before bedtime.

10. we have a couple small steaks to grill...

...green beans, salad, even some cheese cake for dessert. Thing is, we ate a late lunch at a local Chinese restaurant, so we might very well wait a bit then skip directly to the cheese cake.

I cooked beef and vegetables yesterday, made soup with the leftovers.

13. leftover stroganoff. + i gotta say, considering i didn't measure a damn thing, i did a great job.

just needed more dill weed.
