omelette with kippers.

I have the kind with no bones.

Decades ago I had this breakfast with a friend in NYC and I remember the date, April 17. I like to have this breakfast to remember the beautiful spring day we had, which I remember as seeing many violets and daffodils.

Peach mango kombucha. Later a decaf coffee.
