Breaded pork cutlet with applesauce.

Whipped turnips with butter.

Lettuce salad with romaine and black-seeded Simpson. Honey mustard dressing with sweetened ginger. Cucumbers, tomato, scallions.

Berry nirvana kombucha.

A ham, Swiss cheese, and tomato sandwich on toasted rye bread.

I'm sure there will be more, but I haven't decided what.

At least it would have been grilled if I hadn't woken to snow on the ground. So, baked at a high enough temp to give it slightly charred edges without drying it out too much.

Rice, a cucumber/green onion homemade side (banchan) and commercial Napa kimchee.

Looking forward to leftovers.
