1. Black coffee ☕ and a sausage and cheese omelette.

3. two eggs over medium cooked in bacon fat

chicken fried steak slathered in cream gravy, hash brown potatoes cooked in butter and homemade toasted bread with butter, black coffee.

4. Early to rise

0430: chicken pot pie, spinach and a LARGE coffee with cocoa and milk - the breakfast of non-champions

5. I actually slept in today! YEAH!

Sipping on some nice black coffee now, and later will have some tomato toast.

I'm usually up several times thru the night so, sleeping in means going back to bed, which I usually did after posting the thread. Hence, the blank text box.

10. Creamed chipped beef over toast

I used almond milk and heavy cream to make the sauce. Two slices of homemade bread I baked Monday. Yum.
