I kind of wish I had made bacon this morning, but I spent a lot of time in the kitchen yesterday and didn't want to make the effort today.

5. headed to union meeting

So I'm just having tea (hibiscus), a little cottage cheese, and a Cosmic Crisp apple. New kind of apple; won all the taste tests in both baked and fresh slices.

Our brunch is at 11:30. Then the meeting and after that, a buffet. It's a celebration meeting because we, the negotiation team, managed to get a good contract with a good percentage increase.

6. Husband heated up leftover sausage gravy and biscuit, coffee & water.

I just had a small piece of the brie leftover from the pizza the other night and a honeycrisp apple, and water.
