Avocado toast with drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice, S & P. Love this 21-seed bread.

Getting ready to make whole wheat waffles (blueberries in husband's) and OM eggs.

I was looking for ideas of what to make (hard to decide when no appetite) and came across thi waffle recipes this morning. I usually don't make recipes that have so many poor reviews, but if I had a Belgian waffle maker, rather than a regular one, I think I'd try this one. There's almost a fight in the comments section between a whole bunch of people who say it's a terrible recipe and people who think it's amazing, and the complainers are totally wrong.

It's the 1c of melted butter that people are having a problem with, as well as the sugar, or possible not using the proper waffle maker. I dunno, I just can't remember seeing such a divide in recipe comments before.

Eventually I made an egg-salad sandwich. I experimented with the egg salad, using Boursin in place of half the mayo. Had it on keto bread from Aldi. Wasn’t bad, but needed something.
