Pressure Cooker Creamy Garlic Seafood Pasta

~Pressure Cooker Creamy Garlic Seafood Pasta~

PREP: 10 minutes
COOK: 8 minutes
SERVES: 8

Whether you’re celebrating National Seafood Month or simply satisfying a craving, this Creamy Garlic Seafood Pasta is an absolutely delicious choice. And since it’s made in a pressure cooker, it comes together in no time – 18 minutes to be exact. Additionally, it’s filled with not just one kind of seafood, but two – shrimp and crab! Give it a try for a quick dinner on a busy weeknight.

INGREDIENTS:
4 Cups of Chicken Broth
4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 Tbsp. of Unsalted Butter
1 lb. of Linguine
1 lb. of Jumbo Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 lb. of Lump Crab Meat
3/4 Cup of Heavy Cream
1 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tsp. of Salt
1/2 Tsp. of Freshly Ground Pepper

DIRECTIONS:
Add the chicken broth, garlic and butter to the Instant Pot. Break linguine in half and add to the pot.

Cover the pot, secure the lid and close the pressure release valve. Set the pressure cooker to 4 minutes (high pressure).

Once finished cooking, open the pressure release valve. After steam is released, carefully remove the lid.
Turn cooker to sauté setting. Add shrimp and crab and sauté for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and stir until combined and cheese is melted. Turn off the cooker and serve immediately.

Recipe Tip: Creamy garlic seafood pasta is delicious served with garlic toast.

[I'm personally on a seafood diet.

I see food and I eat it. 😆]

I love my instant pot. I use it exclusively for spaghetti & to make hard boiled eggs. Lol

I've been looking for a good garlic alfredo recipe. Ty so much!

This recipe was published in 2021 so not a 'blast from the past' recipe having to use a pressure cooker. Perhaps the new fangled ones are easier to use and less scary.😁
