Chicken vegetable dumplings with hoisin sauce.

Udon noodles, ground chicken, cilantro, gochugang, chopped scallion, a little carrot, and chicken broth.

Dessert: decaf and dark chocolate covered toffee. Waffle wafers.

1. Since it's so warm today - -

65 degrees …..

I’m setting up the fryer outdoors and frying up some Lake Erie walleye my hubby caught. Panko crumb coated … salt pepper, parsley, and garlic powder in the crumb mix. Homemade tartar sauce.

Cole slaw and corn muffins to go with.

2. Pork chops

Boneless pork chops twice-dipped in eggs and bread crumbs then pan-fried. Lemon slices on top.

Le Sueur peas with pearl onions. Brown rice with butter.

It’s a stunningly sunny evening and we’re anchored off Bethune Park, south of Daytona Beach. 76 and clear!

3. Baked battered fish, salad, sauteed veggies with za'atar spice

4. Shepherd's Pie

we're working through a small lamb roast we had on Sunday, and since it's a rainy day and I have potatoes, turnips, carrots, and peas this seems appropriate.

5. Mujadara with bulgur...

and a light cucumber salad.

Tomorrow's lunch also, I expect.

6. braised pork chops, roasted little potatoes and beets, and salad

I have to make some banana bread like RIGHT NOW before the bananas go so I suppose that's dessert!

7. Wife and I went to Sarges Tap and had a early dinner.

Today's special was pork chops, corn, potatoes and dinner rolls.

8. Baked fish, little red potatoes, and side salads

9. Roast chicken and sliced Yukon potatoes.

Simply prepared with homemade poultry seasoning in an enamel roasting pan with a lid.

The kitchen and the house smell aromatic.

10. Made some creamed chicken

and hd it over 3 leftover biscuits from earlier in the week. Satisfying on this really hot day.
