I made 4 lbs of pork loin bulk sausage

I fried 2 patties, one for now, maybe one for breakfast. It has turned out good, moist and flavorful With Provolone cheese, on toast from a loaf of bread I made Monday. What a treat

I made about 4 lbs in Nov, 22, and have several patties left, so I'm spacing it out
