Coffee first, I'm still deciding about food for later

1. Black coffee and a toasted blueberry bagel with

strawberry Philadelphia cream cheese.

i don't think there will be any coffee today.

6. French Canadian recipes often have onions and potatoes

mashed spuds with onions and sour cream, maybe a little chives.

3. fresh herbs

I took a scissors to a stem of tarragon after I'd scrambled an egg and topped it with mushrooms (which had previously been sauteed in butter). Put canola butter on the 21-grain bread, which was toasted in the air fryer.

Iced Earl Grey.

Outrageously good!

4. Not much, actually.

Husband had a bad night so he decided to fix himself a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, then went back to bed.

I'm not feeling much like eating, so just sipped on a mocha and water, ate a handful of frozen grapes and later on a bowl of cereal.
