that you are running that 500 mile race, Emile!

I'm cutting broccolette up into little pieces and caramelizing onions for a most amazing crustless broccoli quiche. It will also have Swiss or Cheddar; haven't decided which. Little bits of bacon bites cooked w/thyme.

Vanilla nut decaf, cold.

I made husband a bacon, egg and cheddar cheese sandwich on toast. I had bacon on one piece of toast with blackberry jam.
